Day 2 focussed on the comprehensive package of services and programs for sex workers and MSM. There were discussion panels of people from Key Populations and from health service managers and staff.
Day 3 looked at the connection between people from Key Populations and the services they need. It also examined the critical enablers and blockages for service access and for health in general for Key Populations.
The participants recommended the development of a Sexual Health Strategy for Mongolia (incorporating the strategies to respond particularly to HIV) to coordinate a national response to reducing STIs and improving sexual and reproductive health. The report also provided a summary of changes identified that would strengthen the outreach models being used by sex worker and MSM CBOs.
